Members of the class of 2007 are honored during graduation weekend.

Graduation weekend was May 11 and 12. On Friday, the class of 2007 Scholars held their senior gala in the Grand Reception Room at the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center. More than 200 guests mingled and enjoyed refreshments before remarks from Alumni Association director Lennie Barton, Alumni Association president Billy Maddalon, and Park director Laura Gail Lunsford. In keeping with the new tradition, the 2007 class picture joined those of the other alumni classes in the new Park office, located on the second floor. Parents and friends were invited to tour the new digs.

On Saturday, May 12, NC State held spring commencement ceremonies at the RBC Center. Among the 4,074 degrees conferred were those of the Park class of 2007. Twenty-one Scholars graduated as valedictorian and the class had had a cumulative GPA of 3.77.
