Dr. Amy Stallings (2000) is featured in NC State’s new halftime spots.

Just What The Doctor Ordered—that’s the title of one of NC State’s recent public service announcements. And when the University began searching for alumni to profile in its latest installment of the Achieve! Campaign, Dr. Amy Stallings fit the bill.

A member of the first class of Park Scholars, Amy is now a pediatric resident at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Va. While at NC State, she majored in microbiology and conducted research on fungal pathogens and cucumbers. She was active in Student Government and graduated as Valedictorian.

Now her achievements will be seen by the entire Wolfpack community. Amy will be the first alumni featured during the new half-time spots. Her feature will debut during the Pack’s football game against Boston College.
